style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><b>內容：</b>我們應基於我們計劃提出解決方案的確切”甜蜜點”來進行預測。也就是說，我們能否基於客戶提出的問題或痛點，提供可以解決這些問題的最佳方案。</span></li><li style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><b>哪裡：</b>我們是否有機會向潛在客戶說明我們的解決方案？潛在客戶願意讓我們去拜訪嗎？能夠見到決策高層主管嗎？當銷售人員越靠近決策核心時，我們會看到越準確的預測。</span></li><li style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><b>原因：</b>潛在客戶或現有客戶為什麼要優先考慮我們提供的新服務？是否整體市場環境有重大事件讓他們現在必須使用？我們有客戶非用不可的產品或服務，否則他們的生意或營運可能會停頓？</span></li><li style="text-align:left;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><b>方式：</b>客戶如何做出購買決定？採購流程為何？須要審核的層級和通常走完流程需要多久的時間？這些都會在做預測時須考量的。</span></li></ol><p style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:15pt;"><span style="color:inherit;font-size:16px;">當然，我們並不會一次就收集到所有問題的答案。重要的是，要根據我們自身的情況不斷收集、調整，讓資訊可以正確無誤。</span><b><span style="font-size:16px;"><br></span></b></p><p style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:7.9pt;"><span style="font-size:16px;">像是新冠狀肺炎這樣的全球事件，都會大大地影響並改變我們的預測。</span></p><p style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:7.9pt;"><span style="font-size:16px;">遇到這種情況時，優先以同理心來維持客戶關係，這將幫助我們在客戶需要的時候再次共同成長。</span></p><p style="text-align:left;margin-bottom:7.9pt;"><span style="font-size:16px;">儘管在這種大環境巨變的因素下，很難進行預測，但這段期間的預測，反而比過去任何時候都更加重要。<span style="font-weight:700;color:rgb(234, 119, 4);">在面對強大壓力的時候，更是要避免猜測，更是不能放棄預測。</span></span></p><ul><li
